Akashic Readings
Tap Into Your Cosmic Guidance to Gain Clarity, Learn About Your Purpose and Understand or Release Karmic Patterns
An Akashic reading is an inquiry into the deeper patterns influencing your present life.
It explores your past, present, and future from a soul-level perspective, including insights into karmic patterns, gifts, wounds, relationships, lessons, challenges, and present crossroads.
On my recent journey to India, I learned to access and read the Akashic Records for myself and others.
The Akashic Records are the universal library of everything in existence, and Earth and all its beings have a section of that library.
Stored in it, you find information about your individual soul’s journey: About who you were in past lives, what karmic patterns influence you right now, about your purpose, and about active soul contracts.
This helps you understand yourself and your true needs deeply, make decisions aligned with your authentic self, and see the underlying reasons for things happening or the challenges in your life.
This may enable you to understand and utilize your strengths, overcome blockages, or move towards self-love and acceptance. It may also help you see difficult relationships and challenging experiences from a larger perspective.
To access the Akashic Records, I enter meditation before going through a series of preparatory steps to access the library. I then translate and/or channel the wisdom and guidance meant for you according to the questions you ask.
The session takes about an hour and can either be done live, or you can send me your questions so that I can record the answers for you.
Read a longer description about what the Records are, what they can do for you, and how to ask the right questions below.
My Offering
I’m doing readings (approximately 1 hour) in person and over Zoom on a donation basis at the moment, as I’m still new to the practice, but soon I will establish fixed rates.
Feel free to reach out here or on social media if you’d like to do a reading with me.
So far, my clients’ feedback has been very positive, and I’m very excited to make this an essential part of my work.
What is an Akashic Reading?
An Akashic reading is a guided inquiry into the deeper patterns in your present life. It explores your past, present, and future from a soul-level perspective, including insights into karmic patterns, gifts, wounds, relationships, lessons, challenges, and present crossroads.
Time is only the water we swim in, and we perceive it as flowing in a linear fashion, but from a higher perspective, the time-dimension can be overlooked as we may look at a football field. That time isn’t “real,” but only a category created by our perception, which is where Kant, Vedic texts, and modern physics all agree (even though it may be hard to wrap your head around it).
Your Soul or Higher Self has that higher perspective on your life, overlooking all past lives and future possibilities, perceiving time not as linear but as a river in which the current self is but one drop flowing downstream.
I sometimes call it the “birds-eye view,” a view from far above that puts all that happens into perspective. What looks like a mountain from the ground may turn into a small obstacle on a much grander journey. Before doing Akashic readings, I’ve experienced this “viewpoint” many times in my Breathwork journeys.
A reading helps you understand yourself and your authentic needs, make decisions aligned with your authentic self, and see the underlying reasons for things happening or challenges in your life. This may induce a feeling of being accepted, loved, seen, and understood in your true nature.
The goal is not to gain knowledge for its own sake, but a deeper understanding of your actual life, choices, relationships, and recurring difficulties.
It is a profound process that brings you into contact with your higher guidance and true nature and should be approached with respect.
What doesn’t work well are concrete predictions, curiosity questions without practical relevance, or (at times) information on what you should do. Life and 3D reality are there for you to grow and make experiences and decisions that enable you to know and define yourself.
So, at times, you are supposed to make decisions and learn the lessons yourself. Otherwise, what’s the point? So, you will only hear what you are ready to hear, what is relevant, and what is beneficial at this moment.
The reading is really about you and improving the quality of your life in every way possible.
The only “limitation” is, again, that this is seen from a soul-level, so the small everyday decisions, considerations, and struggles don’t matter here compared to the lessons and meaningful experiences your soul desires to make.
The Akashic Records are field that emanates an unmistakable sense of feeling known, accepted, safe, and loved.
You may also hear things your ego-mind doesn’t want to hear from its fear and control-based perspective, but these may be some of the most valuable insights. You can’t pretend or lie to yourself in that space.
For example, a sickness might appear as a teacher holding important lessons and only disappearing once you’ve integrated them, or a job opportunity may be considered as either a possibility for growth or a distraction, independently of worldly benefits like your salary or expectations you or others might have.
In the Akasha, a perfect soul-level blueprint of your ideal path exists, and by connecting to that version of yourself, you can align with what you might call your “highest timeline” or your true potential, which already exists as precisely that, a possibility to understand and learn from.
What are the Akashic Records?
Here I’ll offer you two quotes from seasoned and much more experienced practitioners describing the Akasha in their own words:
The term Akashic has its roots in the Sanskrit word “Akasha,” meaning “ether,” “sky,” or “atmosphere.” So, it goes without saying that the Akashic Records […] exist in the ether – in a non-physical plane of existence.
The Akashic Records are like an energetic log, a Google search for your soul. And in it are records of everything that has ever existed or taken place, human lifetimes, but also the record of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future in terms of all entities and life forms.
-Helena Woods
And this is a passage from Linda Howe’s great book on How to Read the Akashic Records:
The Akashic Records are a dimension of consciousness that contains a vibrational record of every soul and its journey. This vibrational body of consciousness exists everywhere in its entirety and is completely available at all times and in all places.[…]
The Records hold the archive of each soul as it has existed from lifetime to lifetime as different human beings on the earth plane while evolving throughout time and space.
How Do You Read the Akashic Chronicles?
Accessing the Akashic Records occurs through meditation. There is a specific technique and set of preparatory steps necessary though.
First, there is a prayer honoring the practise, calling in all available spiritual support, and vowing to leave all personal belief systems and ego-structures behind to become a pure channel for love, truth, and wisdom.
Careful grounding and shielding follow. This is incredibly important, as without proper work at that level, the information coming through may be tainted by all kinds of foreign influences trying to hijack your energy and influence the session.
After that, you access your spirit garden (also known and accessed in many Shamanic traditions), where you connect with your guides and spirit helpers.
Afterward, you may enter “the library” with your spirit guides accompanying you and move to a room where you can access the files.
Here, you ask the person’s name and date of birth to identify them and ask their permission to access their file. Then, their guides join and help to open and interpret the file.
How Do I Receive the Guidance?
These answers may come through words, feelings, and images.
For me personally, it is mostly words that come. Feelings, I can receive quite well too. Images are a little harder as my visualization abilities are still developing at this moment.
It’s different for everyone though, as everyone will have different intuitive channels open, also called the “clairs” – the four primary ones are Clairvoyance (seeing), Clairaudience (hearing), Clairsentience (feeling), and Claircognizance (knowing) (alongside the other two, Clairalience (smelling) and Clairgustance (tasting) which are available in theory).
Some people see more, some hear, some feel, I generally just know. It also explains why I’ve often picked up on certain information that others couldn’t grasp. It’s not just that I’m so smart, but that I could sense what was intended to be communicated, independently of what was actually said in words.
When accessing the records, I just speak the words and information that I’m receiving.
The conscious mind is 95% offline in that state, and only a tiny rest of observing consciousness remains. That’s why the process feels slightly like a trance/dream as a reader, and much of the information is quickly forgotten afterward if not captured on my end.
You might also call that process a type of channeling if you want.
How to Ask the Right Questions
Asking the right questions about the records is an art in itself. I’ve done and received many practice readings with my friends from our course.
After you’ve asked a few big questions… (below), it becomes more difficult to ask the right things and it’s been a fascinating process to learn and understand how to ask in the best way possible and what to avoid.
Classic Questions for the First Readings
What’s my purpose?
(similar: What experiences does my soul most desire to make in this phase of life?)
What’s blocking me?
How can I increase my self-acceptance/ self-love/compassion?
Is my current partner my soulmate?
What is the karmic connection to my partner/ [insert person]?
How can I deepen the connection to the people around me?
How can I combine my work with my passion?
How can I grow in my professional work?
How can I be more consistent?
What spiritual practise would be most beneficial for me?
Which place would be most beneficial for me to live in?
How can I connect to my intuition/ spirit guides?
How can I trust my intuition more?
Who have I been in my past incarnation? (This may only be answered if it’s relevant and beneficial for you to know right now)
Are there any patterns of behavior that I’m ready to let go of?
How can I best let go of these harmful patterns?
Why am I experiencing this sickness/hardship/challenge?
What can I learn from that?
Where am I not truthful to myself?
Here’s a Rough Guide on How to Ask Questions:
Good questions are open, specific, and growth-oriented:
Ask what, how, and why, not rigid yes/no or deadline questions
Ask questions that are:
Open-ended — “What is this situation teaching me?”
Specific — “What is the deeper pattern behind my difficulty receiving love?”
Growth-oriented — “How can I move into better alignment?”
Present-linked — “What do I need to understand about this relationship now?”
Avoid questions that are too narrow, fatalistic, or externally fixated, such as “When will I meet my soulmate?” or “Should I quit my job now?”
Replace those with questions like: “What is my current relationship pattern teaching me?” or “How can I best understand and improve my current work situation?”
Four to seven well-formed questions per session to avoid information overload is a useful rule of thumb.
A good, simple formula is:
What is happening?
Why is it here? or What is the lesson?
What is it asking of me? or Where do I need to grow?
How do I deal with it wisely? or
What is the most beneficial approach to it?
Bad questions ask for control. Good questions ask for truth.
A weak question sounds like:
“When will I meet my person?”
“Should I leave this relationship?”
“Will my business succeed?”
“Is this my partner my soulmate?”
These are weak not because they are forbidden, but because they are narrow, externally fixated, and often driven by anxiety. They usually collapse a large soul-process into a tiny demand for certainty.
A stronger version would be:
“What is this relationship here to teach me?”
“What pattern am I repeating in my relationships, and how can I change that?”
“How can I align my work more deeply with my true gifts?”
“What am I not seeing clearly about this connection?”
Notice the shift. The good question assumes that the most valuable answer may not be the one the ego originally wanted. It leaves room for surprise, depth, and correction.
I hope this was insightful and enlightening exploration of the Akash, which is a very complex and esoteric dimension of multidimensional living.

What guides my work as a facilitator:
The main goal of the healer is to trigger within you the ability to heal yourself.
"It is not the therapist, psychiatrist or healer who is wise, but the psyche of the individual whose wisdom is tended and brought to flower."
-Jack Kornfield
Group Breathwork
All systems of the body and mind are enhanced by proper breathing.
In the process of becoming more conscious, we also become more aware of how we breathe.
Breathwork (as in Holotropic or Soma Breathing) is a powerful tool to release emotions, return to center, balance your mind and nervous system, and connect to your authentic divine self.
In my sessions, I take a grounded approach to Breathwork, emphasizing listening and learning to trust your body and intuition without forcing anything.
Here are two introductory articles of mine on the Magic of Breathwork (no. I & no. II).
“All the principles of heaven and earth are living inside you.
Life itself is the truth, and this will never change.
Everything in heaven and earth breathes.”
-Morihei Ueshiba.
